Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies)
Fragile Items Our lamps and lighting fixtures are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is wrapped and secured to prevent damage in transit.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.
